The Winter Garden Fire Prevention Bureau conducts fire safety inspections of all commercial and multi-family residential structures within the City of Winter Garden. All routine fire inspections will be arranged by our inspections division. All inspection requests for new or renovated buildings will require a 24 to 48 hour notice. Contact our Fire Inspection Division at (407) 656-4689 ext. 2020. A fire inspector will contact those who are requesting inspections to set up a time and date for the inspection. Our Fire Inspectors are certified through the State of Florida and receive their authority through state statue, which adopts the Florida Fire Prevention Code, as a minimum standard.
