Rental Facilities
The newly remodeled Tanner Hall is one of the premiere rental facilities in all of Central Florida for wedding receptions, parties, meetings and other special events. Located at 29 W. Garden Ave, it lies on the shores of scenic Lake Apopka. Floor-to-ceiling windows enhance this picturesque setting and give a breathtaking view of the lake and the beautifully landscaped Newton Park.
The entrance to the building is equipped with a covered drive that allows guests to be dropped off without being inconvenienced by inclement weather. An entry foyer leads you in to the main room which is 4950 sq. ft.
with a building capacity of 300 people, but is best suited for up to 225 seated.
The main hall is tastefully decorated with a 20 ft chandelier, matching wall sconces,
a wooden dance floor centered under the chandelier,
potted fichus trees and magnolia wall hangings. There is a patio that stretches the entire North side of the building allowing guests to further enjoy the lake view from the outdoors. Modern bathrooms are spacious and decorated with handsome tile. A kitchen equipped with a convection oven, sink, counters and refrigerator accommodates the culinary requirements for most functions. There is ample and convenient parking immediately adjacent to the building.
Rental Particulars:
Weekday Rates (Monday-Thursday)
Hours of Operation- anytime from 10:00am-10:00pm
Hourly Fees: $75.00 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Sales Tax: 6.5% sales tax shall apply to the hourly fees (if exempt, current certificate must be provided)
Liability Insurance: $146.83 (plus yearly increase and alcohol usage fees) Fee is required for all events. Fee can be waived with certificate of insurance indicating $1,000,000 liability coverage.
Damage Fee: $400.00 (refundable)
Youth Events: 2 City of Winter Garden police officers are required for all events where the guest of honor is under the age of 21 and alcohol is being served. There is a minimum charge of $224.00 for 4-hours; and $56.00 for each additional hour.

Information on all rentals:
- The City Resident discount will be applied for weddings only if the bride, groom, or the bride or groom’s parents live within the city limits of Winter Garden.
- There are no free hours given for setup or decoration. There is a free hour given afterward for cleanup and teardown.
Tanner Hall Building Specifics:
- Seating and tables available for 200 (25 sixty inch round tables, 12 six foot banquet tables, 6 thirty-six inch cocktail tables, and 200 padded chairs)
- 5,000 square feet main hall and building capacity of 300 people, but is best suited for up to 225 people seated
- Refrigerator, convection oven, and ice machine are available for use in the kitchen
- 20x20 foot wooden dance floor and outdoor gazebo are included in price of rental

Located at 31 W. Garden Avenue in Newton Park, this picturesque lakefront setting is an ideal meeting place for small groups, meetings and family gatherings. Little Hall has seating and tables to accommodate up to 45 people. It is equipped with a sink, refrigerator, restrooms and screened in back porch.
Rate Information:
$35.00 per hour plus tax
Insurance Fee: $100.52 (plus yearly increase and alcohol usage fees)
$200.00 Refundable Damage Fee
